Of Board Members for 2013
The International Parking Institute (IPI) has announced the winners of The International Parking Institute (IPI) has announced the winners of its 2013 Board of Directors elections. The “highly competitive election” had a slate of 18 candidates vying for seven open seats. The new board members assumed their roles at the end of the IPI Conference & Expo May 19-22 in Fort Lauderdale, FL:
Academic: Bridgette Brady, CAPP, Washington State University, and Kim E. Jackson, CAPP, Princeton University; Airport: Rick Decker, CAPP, Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport; Consultant: Rachel Yoka, LEED AP, CNU-A, Timothy Haahs & Associates; Hospital/Medical: Wanda Brown, UC Davis Medical Center; Public: Dennis Garrett, CAPP, City of Greenville, SC, and Mike Klein, CAPP, Albany (NY) Parking Authority.
Those seven will join the current IPI board members: Liliana Rambo, CAPP, Houston Airport Systems (Incoming Chair); Casey Jones, CAPP, Boise (ID) State University (Immediate Past Chair); Michael Swartz, Standard Parking Corp., (Treasurer); and Tracey Bruch, CAPP, Duncan Solutions; Larry Cohen, CAPP, Lancaster (PA) Parking Authority; Allen Corry, CAPP, City of Greenwich, CT; and Laurens Eckelboom, Parkmobile USA.
