Delta Scientific has announced that a crash test of its new DSC720-1M bollards, created to stop taller trucks, such as those found in Europe and the Mideast, from tumbling over anti-terrorist crash-proof bollards, stopped a 15,000 pound flatbed truck impacting at 50 mph, with only a 0.5 meter penetration of the vehicle, resulting in an M50, P1 ASTM rating. The bollards caused severe damage to the engine and drive train. “This is the type of stopping power customers want,” SVP David Dickinson said.

Phillips Parking has been retained as parking consultants for the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts under construction in downtown Orlando, FL.
