In this role, Moore will be responsible for originating and closing complex AI-PARCS opportunities while expanding GMP’s presence across strategic markets and specialty verticals. She will work closely with owners, operators, healthcare systems, hospitality organizations, consultants, and institutional stakeholders to position GMP’s AI-powered PARCS platform, ExpressLane, as a modern, capital-efficient alternative to traditional parking access and revenue control systems.
Moore brings a unique combination of operational, municipal, and commercial experience to the role. Over the course of her career, she has managed parking operations, led customer-facing teams, overseen technology initiatives, and successfully sold parking, transportation, software, and security solutions across a wide range of market segments. Her ability to understand both the operational realities faced by parking owners and the technology solutions designed to address them provides a valuable perspective for clients evaluating modernization strategies.
A recognized industry leader, Moore holds the Parking, Transportation and Mobility Professional (PTMP) designation and has been recognized as an International Parking & Mobility Institute Emerging Leader of the Year and a National Parking Association 40 Under 40 honoree.
