Sentry Control Systems Expands Into North Carolina

Sentry Control Systems announced last month that the company has expanded into North Carolina, commencing operations effective March 1, 2016.
Sentry, part of the Skidata Group, installs and services many of the parking industry’s most popular and advanced technologies, including Skidata PARCS equipment; Frogparking sensors and analytic software; Indect parking guidance equipment; and Global Parking Solutions multi-space meters.
“Sentry has always been active throughout the Mid-Atlantic States, and our expansion into North Carolina demonstrates our growing success in the region,” said Michael Flanagan, its EVP of Sales.
“When communities experience increased development and growth, they often face new parking challenges, including difficulty managing parking assets, increased congestion on local streets, and a variety of environmental challenges,” Flanagan said.
“Sentry’s parking technologies provide parking owners a variety of solutions to combat these challenges and to continue to provide better customer service to drivers, while increasing the efficiency and profitability of their parking operations.”
As part of this expansion, Sentry will service Skidata PARCS equipment that was sold and installed by Innovative Parking Concepts. It is transferring the sales and servicing of its parking technology lines in North Carolina to focus on its core business of marketing and servicing electric vehicle charging equipment.
