Total Parking Solutions (TPS) has been awarded a contract by the City of Aurora, IL, for one of the first municipal pay-by-plate applications in the Midwest. The new installation will serve commuter and theater venue patrons for the city, and will reduce enforcement time and allow for better resource management.
