OK, Here it is

I have been inundated with this “viral” video.  Seems parking managers think this is the “ultimate” solution. Its been on our Facebook page a number of times, but here it is on the blog:

Click on the picture to see the tank in action.  This mayor is a real salesperson.  He is selling hard and in Lithuania he will go a long way. Just think  “Will this happen to you?  Park in the wrong place and find out.” He is, in this case, selling to bicyclers. I wonder if he would have the same positive reaction if he crushed a car that had overparked for 10 minutes, or owed a $50 fine.
