The NYPD is "cracking down" on folks who park illegally and have outdated or phony parking placards in their windows. Yes, the Big Apple has a program that cars can park illegally if they have a city issued placard. Who has most of the placards? The NYPD.
There was a recent audit of placards and a ton were taken away, most from the city’s finest. Now those very same cops who had their parking privileges revoked are going to be enforcing the rules.
Anyone want to bet just how successful that is going to be?
