Unlike some activations that are temporary, these meter boards will stay in place throughout the expo in the most high-traffic areas. Let your meter board convey your unrelenting commitment to their success. Promote your company’s message in the foyer outside the registration and session rooms, in the expo hall, or in the passage between the hotel and the convention center. These high-traffic areas will have people throughout the day. These meter boards will be the backdrop to every trip to the restrooms, new session, and additional meeting places in our area of the convention center and will remain in place throughout the 4-days of the convention. | PM Break - Snack Cart | Just as your business helps clients stay at peak performance every day, the PIE25 snack cart delivers a much-needed boost during afternoon breaks. Attendees will step away for a quick recharge, and your brand will be there, aligned with energy, focus, and reliability.
A snack cart featuring fresh fruit, snack bars, and candy will be available for attendees and exhibitors with your logo at afternoon break. You are welcome to make this an extension of your networking space and staff this cart, including placing and distributing your collateral. Your branded power station becomes a natural gathering point as attendees refuel their devices, nearly guaranteeing hands and eyes on your brand. Tables with power strips will sit in spaces like the expo hall, the foyer, the Connection Zone, and potentially in the back of rooms, with power for attendees to charge devices. | Attendee Welcome Bag | You work hard to equip the parking industry with tools that save them frustration. Bustling attendees in the expo hall will collect dozens of fliers, takeaways, business cards, and monogrammed tchotchkes, and they’ll put all of it in their commemorative PIE25 tote bag.
It’s likely to be the only keepsake they reuse long after the event. Brand this essential item to remind them of the ways you support them. Share the spotlight with PIE25 Silver Anniversary Commemorative Tote Bags. Your logo and messaging can be included prominently on one side of the bags (PIE on the opposing side). This activation is available to a single brand. However, preloading the bags with material/giveaways is an option we will extend to other exhibitors as well. |

| Connection Zone Activation | You provide your customers numerous services. Similarly, the Connection Zone is a multi-use space for networking, playing, competing, and bonding. Open each day, and in use while sessions are not active, the Connection Zone promises to be a hub of activity.
