Job Summary
The Account Director is responsible for relationship management for our Philadelphia account, located in downtown Philadelphia, in the municipal parking sector. Serves as the primary point of contact for a major client and is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, ensuring contract compliance, tracking deliverables, communicating system requirements to the IT department, and driving important initiatives. The Account Director will be responsible for the successful delivery of day-to-day services, as well as special projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local client
- Management of the local team to ensure daily duties are met
- Communicate to clients clearly, addressing business concerns, and resolving conflicts promptly
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, adherence to timelines, and track program performance
- Prepare and present business and account updates to client and company management
- Train and educate users and stakeholders on systems and services
- Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure service levels are satisfactory
- Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling
- Raise business concerns and needs to company's executive and IT teams when escalation is required
- Meet with elected officials, public sector parking professionals, and other stakeholders
- Stay updated on relevant state and local legislation and industry trends
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 10+ years of experience in account/relationship management, preferably serving government clients
- Ability to effectively engage with elected officials and senior-level city managers
- Strong understanding of government contracting processes and compliance requirements
- Experience managing multi-year contracts with local government agencies
- Strong business acumen with experience driving up-sell activities and P&L optimization
- Strong presentation creation and delivery skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, public policy, or related field
- High technical acumen and ability to interact with IT teams
- Experience in local transportation, parking, or traffic management
- Leadership roles with industry organizations such as IPMI
- Established network with municipal stakeholders and industry partners
Physical Demands
- Primarily sedentary position requiring prolonged periods of sitting or standing
- Frequent use of computer and keyboard with repetitive wrist/hand movements
- Fine motor skills required for typing and mouse use

Local government position working with the Village of Oak Park's Parking and Mobility Services division.
Job Summary
Single class position under direction of the Manager of Parking and Mobility Services. This position will plan and coordinate all activities and operations associated with the Village of Oak Park Parking Restrictions Program and provide assistance to the Parking and Mobility Services Manager and the Director of Development Services in coordinating the provision of such services to the public.
Requirements
- Three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience in customer service and/or public parking in an administrative capacity
- Associates degree in business administration/management, civil engineering or related field preferred
- Equivalent training and experience considered
- Experience with parking restrictions and municipal operations preferred

Overview
The CAA is soliciting submittals from qualified vendors interested in installing an automated parking payment technology platform to enhance the parking experience at Bradley International Airport (BDL).
Firms must be registered with the CAA’s procurement portal, (https://ctairports.procureware.com) in order to download the Request for Interest (RFI) in its entirety and to submit a proposal.
All respondents, including any and all persons acting on their behalf, are strictly prohibited from contacting any employee of the CAA, Board official or Consultant, on or regarding any matter relating to this RFI from the time the RFI is issued until award,other than the CAA’s Purchasing Agent via e-mail only at [email protected].
The CAA reserves the right to disqualify any Proposer who contacts any employee of the CAA or Board official, other than the Purchasing Agent, concerning this RFP.
The proposal must be submitted no later than 11:00 a.m. (EST), April 1, 2026. Proposals must be uploaded to https://ctairports.procureware.com. Proposals will not be publicly displayed. Questions concerning this RFI are due no later than 11:00 a.m. (EST), March 18, 2026.
