New initiative designed to position Get My Parking’s AI-powered PARCS platform, ExpressLane, earlier in the development lifecycle, helping owners and developers evaluate modern parking technology before projects move to procurement.
Atlanta, GA – June 9, 2026 – Get My Parking (GMP), today announced the launch of a dedicated New Construction Vertical and the appointment of Samantha Toole as Director of Sales, New Construction, AI PARCS, North America.
The initiative reflects GMP’s commitment to engaging projects earlier in the development lifecycle, helping owners, developers, architects, engineers, and consultants evaluate modern parking technologies before design decisions are finalized and projects move to bid. By participating earlier in the planning process, GMP seeks to strengthen its presence within ground-up development and major redevelopment projects while ensuring owners have access to flexible, future-ready parking and mobility solutions.
Reporting to Clint Joy, Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, Toole will be responsible for developing relationships throughout the design and construction community, identifying projects during the earliest stages of planning, and positioning GMP’s AI-powered PARCS platform, ExpressLane, before procurement strategies and technical specifications are finalized.
Toole brings more than three decades of experience spanning architecture, construction, technology, customer success, and commercial leadership. Throughout her career, she has worked with ownership groups, developers, architects, contractors, and technology stakeholders, helping organizations navigate complex purchasing decisions, technology deployments, and long-term growth initiatives. Her unique combination of architectural training, business leadership, and customer-focused execution provides a strong foundation for building GMP’s presence within the new construction market.
“For decades, parking technology providers have largely entered the conversation after many of the important decisions have already been made,” said Chirag Jain, Founder and CEO of Get My Parking. “We believe there is tremendous value in engaging much earlier, while projects are still being designed and long-term operational objectives are still being defined. Establishing a dedicated New Construction Vertical allows us to participate in those conversations in a more meaningful way and better serve owners looking to modernize their parking infrastructure.”
“The most influential technology decisions on a project are often made long before a bid is issued,” said Clint Joy, Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships. “Samantha understands how projects move from concept to completion and how architects, consultants, developers, and ownership groups evaluate risk, performance, and long-term value. Her ability to build trusted relationships and communicate across those audiences makes her uniquely qualified to establish and grow this initiative.”
“What excites me most about this opportunity is the ability to engage projects before the market begins competing on price,” said Toole. “I look forward to building relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and owners and helping ensure ExpressLane is considered early in the planning process, when decisions can have the greatest long-term impact.” Toole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design, a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, and an MBA from De Montfort University in Leicester, England.
