  1. Who can I contact to file a lawsuit against AMPCO Southwest Region? I’ve received damage to my car due to the negligent maintenance of one of their parking lots and I’ve submitted a claim but I am getting the run-around from AMPCO and AMPCO’s third party estimator company “Parking Estimator.com” and its subsidiary “Instant Estimator.com”. I’ve got photos that clearly show the negligent maintenance along with parking lot staff that witnessed the damage & agreed that the negligent maintenance was the cause. I originally received an email stating that my claim was being submitted for processing but AMPCO had my vehicle listed as a 1997, and once I told them that it was a 2007, they suddenly “Denied” my claim. I’ve called Parking Estimator and Instant Estimator and they state that they cannot give me the contact details for AMPCO and cannot do anything. They had me send an email to customersupport@instantestimator.com which I immediately did. Yet when I called to follow up on that email, they said they had no record of receiving it. I asked to speak to a manager & they said there was no one I could speak to. Parking Estimator.com is obviously one layer of aggravation put there to try to deter you from following throug with your claim and to protect AMPCO. Again…days of giving me the run around. Has anyone had experience in filing a lawsuit against AMPCO? Can anyone give me the correct contact details of AMPCO’s legal department? I’ve done quite a bit of research on the web, but being that it is such a large company, I’m having trouble nailing down the exact contact for my situation. FYI, the parking lot that I am referring to does not have “valet” and you do not receive one of those parking tickets with their disclaimer of liability on it. Any information you could provide would be helpful. Thank you! Sincerely, Very Upset Customer Left With Damaged Vehicle Who Is Getting The Run-around
