It is reported in the Courthouse News that ACS has sued Duncan for allegedly eaves dropping on its email. You can read it all here I don't pretend to understand the technology but suffice it to say that ACS believes its competitor was able to read its employee's emails and get inside competitive information. I have an email in to Duncan and will let you know what they have to say.

Email is very personal this days!!
It’s easier to manage every kind of information from there and most of the time is safetier than carrie it around!!
This is just a big fault they think they doing something good by usinfthe employees information as their own that is so wronge i dont agree with them at all they should have the right of the privacy.
