I guess I’ve had my head in the clouds because I realized only a week ago that ACS, that huge company that amongst other things does citation management for many large cities, has purchased the parking, transit and toll collection division of Swiss based Ascom. Read the news release that I either never received or mislaid (most probable) here.
I will have to contact my buddy Joe Survance and get brought up to speed on this one.
