You just gotta love those Brits. The City of Ilford is beginning "Operation Barracuda" — the name the local cops have placed on a "flying squad" that is moving into the area around a local school and ticketing illegal parkers. Seems the parents are parking illegally and engaging in "bad behavior" and by golly, it has to stop.
So the razor sharp teeth of the local Bobbies are going to go to work and put a stop to the problem. My guess is that one "traffic warden" with a sharp pencil and thick ticket book could probably solve the problem. As for the "Bad Behavior," why not publish the names of the offending parents in the local school paper. Embarrass the hell out of the kids and my guess is the problems will stop, pronto.
