Arlington Opts out

OK, this happened a while ago, but its relevant. Virginia has a law that says that disabled persons don’t have to pay for parking on street. However individual cities may opt out of the law. So Arlington VA did so. The state told them that if they opt out, they had to mark each meter telling folks that everyone must pay. So they did:

I do think that this could be a tad confusing for someone from another city in Virginia where disabled parking was free. It might be a bit too PC. How about: All parkers, including disabled, must pay parking fees.
