Perhaps they should understand the law…In Pacific Grove resettable meters have been installed so that when a car leaves a spot, the meter is reset to "0" and the next driver has to pay for their time. My assumption is that the city near California’s Monterrey simply follows most others that in saying that once you have left the parking space, your forfeit and time you have left.
