I’m blogging from the food court of Tampa International. I spent the weekend "checking out" the next site for the Temecula Group meeting this winter. Its a good choice — the Plantation Inn in Crystal River. The heart of Manatee Country.
I played a bit of golf, took a lesson, and then, the trip’s highlight, took a pontoon boat out on the Crystal River searching for Manatee. It’s a bit early in the season for the gentle sea giants. they are Still warming in the gulf, however they will be in by the hundreds from about Thanksgiving on.
I’m off to BWI, then to New Jersey and than back home for a couple of days then off to Edmonton and the Canadian Parking Association.
