Book’s Author at the Library of Congress

Shannon Sanders MacDonald, author of "The Parking Garage," spoke at the Library of Congress and they have put the video of her talk up on their web site. Here’s a note about it from Shannon

The recent lecture at the Library of Congress is now the featured talk
on their web site – this talk was designed as a fun lunch talk and an overview
of parking, architectural, sustainable, planning and transportation issues
titled Man, Machine and Movement.  It will stay on the Library of Congress web
site indefinitely.  Thank you all again and I have many more lectures
scheduled.  the book was recently described by an independent writer as a
meditation on a form, however filled with wonderful practical issues related to
parking and its future. Check it out at www.loc.gov/today/cyberlc/
