The senior member of the parking consultants is turning 90 this February, but its not slowing him down. Larry Donoghue and I were chatting today on the phone and he mentioned that although he has well over 350 examples of fraud and how to stop them concerning exit cashier parking, he is lacking a few where Pay on Foot Systems are concerned. He has only 44 and feels he needs more.
