Car Condos

Nothing new here, folks have been selling condo parking spots for years.  Or is there.  Seems that these car condos have air conditioning, bathrooms, and enough room for three cars, or more. Read about em here.

These folks are building units to appeal to those mostly men in mid life crises that have the bucks to buy the cars they want and need someplace secure to put them.  Not a bad idea. 

I understand Jay Leno has dozens of great cars and cycles, as so many who have excess income to burn. I have a friend here in LA that restores vintage Mercedes. He buys them almost as junk, restores them, and then sells them to motivated buyers on eBay or directly on the ‘net for big bucks. He makes a fortune.

This is a very attractive business. And with the bland junque that Detroit is putting out now, a 58 Chevy or a cherry Camaro, or a perfect Grand AM just might hit the spot.

But then, you do need a place to put em.
