Central Terminates “Sell the Company” Discussion

In a news release we received yesterday, Central Parking says it has "Terminated discussions regarding the potential sale of the company….The company expects to continue to review alternatives designed to enhance shareholder return, including a share repurchase programs, changes n its dividend policy and other changes in the capitalization of the Company."

Of course, this could mean anything.  Word on the street  is that Central had an offer on the table, but it was withdrawn. Who made it?  My contacts don’t seem to know, but the name Apollo springs to mind as a possibility.
