Central’s Credit Rating takes a hit

Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services placed its ratings on Nashville, Tenn.-based Central Parking Corp., including the company’s ‘B+’ corporate credit rating, on CreditWatch with negative implications. This means that the ratings could be affirmed or lowered following the completion of Standard & Poor’s review. Central Parking had about $214.1 million of total debt outstanding at Dec. 31, 2004.
