OK, we have heard from all the critics and hysterical main stream media reports of the “disaster” with Chicago’s conversion of its on street parking system to private hands. Now we get a third party report that is much more detailed and even handed.

I suggest you take the time to read it. It could open your eyes and change many of your opinions.
