It was pointed out to me that the colors of revenue control equipment have migrated. Migrated to gray and black. The garish orange, yellow, and red have all quietly gone the way of the insertion card and now have become gray and black. Amano, Scheidt and Bachmann, Federal, Skidata, WPS, all showed equipment in gray and black.
Frankly, I like it. It seems to give a formal and stately feel to our industry. This equipment means business.
