Complaints about Parking Fees

This is rich.  A woman complains that the fees to park are too high ($10 a day) when she went down to get her passport renewed. Read all about it here.  If you read through the comments below the article, you find that most people are in agreement. The big parking company is "gouging" the poor defenseless citizen.

My answer, see "Procrastination" in my post below. This woman could have simply gone to the post office, filed her application and gotten her passport in a couple of weeks in the mail. Instead, she waited until the last minute and then had to drive from San Antonio to Houston and park and pay extra fees.

Don’t blame the parking operator for charging market rates. Blame the fact that you didn’t want to walk three or four blocks to find a garage that charged less. They are there. You want convenience, you pay for it.
