The Show’s over and I’m sitting in Ft. Lauderdale Airport waiting for my flight back home to LA. Boy, they offer free high speed wifi here. Its great!!!!!
Now about the show – don’t get the wrong idea, my comments below aren’t meant to say that the show was terrible, bad, or out of the ordinary. It was just routine. Not a lot of "new" stuff, I mean really neat, new products. Both vendors and attendees seemed to be going through the motions. Some told me the show was great, others that it was mediocre. No change there, I hear that every year.
It was great for us. We could drop in on folks we wanted to see and chat, and didn’t often have to worry about interrupting them with their potential customers.
Yep, routine, average, and a lack of excitement and buzz. Another IPI show is in the history books.
