Glen Campbell is back, at least his signature city is as far as parking is concerned.

I thought it was pretty good, since I learned all about Jimmy Webb’s words and waves crashing and sea birds flying and Glen Singing…and also about the fact that the city decided it would cost more to enforce the parking than it was worth.
They must have read my comments, because I now note that the are getting tough and now booting scofflaws. Read about it here.
OK So they are have only six vehicles on their list of offenders with more than three tickets, but the think the list may go as high as 12. Three were booted the day the story came out.
What’s six cars booted — a good start Galveston — go for it.
The rest of you wipe those silly grins off your faces, you have to start somewhere.
