George Washington Univ and Christmas

What a great idea – GW University in DC and its Director of Parking, Larry Cohen, came up with a great idea — they took parking fines in kind. That is, if you wanted, you could pay your fine in toys (ie, if the fine was $30, you could buy $30 worth of toys and bring them to the parking office.  The Toys were then given to a local women’s and children’s shelter and the Marine’s Toys for Tots.

Great going Larry.
