That’s the funniest thing I have ever seen in my 30 years in the parking business.
How cold was it?
I’ve seen years on the East Coast where the temperature gets to the minus double digits but have never seen a parking gate with a coat on.
My guess is we are talking wind chill in the 50 below range or lower
