This guy has been gaming the system in LA for years. He was tried and convicted last year. He is now finally in jail. As he should be. Note that he owed over $4million in back taxes, and has hundreds of felony counts against him. Took them two years to get him in jail, but I guess the wheels of justice grind slowly.
