In a little-noticed deal, a venture that includes developer Albert Friedman last month sold a 650-car parking garage at 181 N. Clark St. to InterPark Holdings Inc., the Chicago-based parking company of GE Real Estate. The price was $48 million, property records show. Friedman, president of Friedman Properties Ltd., could not be reached for comment. The structure, called Government Center Self-Park and completed in 2004, includes 27,600 square feet of retail space, about half available for lease, according to real estate research firm CoStar Group.
