I’m getting more and more input that says that garage construction costs per space is on the rise. A garage in Lowell, MA had its bids come in at nearly $24,000 a space for a 900 car garage. And when you add the infrastructure and other costs, the price jumped to over $30,000.
I have seen prices in that neighborhood and more time and again. Of course there are variables like location (Its cheaper to build a garage in Las Vegas than in downtown Boston), and the "extras" that the owner wants including design features and multi use facilities, however the days of $10,000 and $15,000 a space garages seem long gone.

What should it cost for a garage in GA that is totally unfinished inside. No electric, no windows, no extras whatsoever. Size would be 24×30 with one single 16 ft door and one 8 ft door. I’m getting all types of prices.
There are too many companies which provides the garage planing and also do this for you.
