I have written a short obituary for Joe Diamond. I took some of the article from an interview I did with him and his son Joel and Grandson Jon in 2003. I picked a part of the article called "An Elegant Gentleman." Look for it in April’s PT, on its way to the printer now.
I exchanged voice mails with Jon today and he told me that there will be a memorial service for Joe at the Rainer Club in Seattle on March 28. It’s scheduled to begin at noon. You can get details by calling Diamond Parking at 206 284 3100.
