Normalization in the Big Easy

Word is that New Orleans parking meters are back on line, at least about 85% of them.  The rest were damaged by Katrina.  This is great news — also in the report – read it here,  was that fact that folks are paying, about $120K a month. Before the storm meters were generating about $280K.  Not bad. They expect the numbers to top $200K next month.

Way to go New Orleans.
