I saw this and couldn’t resist. Mark wonders if the ratios are correct. 333,000 square feet. My guess is that it wouldn’t get past the planners here in the US. But in India, its probably over the required number. The billion is the selling price, it cost $70 million to build. In Mumbai you figure the selling price at 15 times the cost to build.
My question: After spending all that, why didn’t he hire an architect? This thing looks like it was put together by a kid with Legos.
There may be a parking problem – it has a staff of 600. Where are they going to park. Perhaps he will have to build a parking facility nearby.
