It seems that former Secretary of State and Presumed Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton was in the UK the other day and parked for 45 minutes without paying the parking fee. A traffic warden was on the job and issued a citation to the former secretary, even thought he was accosted by five members of her security detail. Here’s a picture of the event:

“The former U.S. secretary of state was parked for nearly 45 minutes without paying.” Daniel Astaire, the Westminster City Council cabinet member for business said. “I’m sure she will understand that we have to be fair to everyone, regardless of their status on the world stage.”
