Here’s the story, that you read in the 10th graph….
First the woman had to park in the local authority car park and pay going rates because there was no room to park at the hospital, probably because the hospital wasn’t charging enough. Then she found out that she could get a discount at the hospital because she was coming for chemo.
Even with the discount (1 pound a day) she says she is a nervous wreck. Note they say that the parking discount is a "closely guarded secret." My guess is that there is a sign somewhere and she didn’t notice it, or didn’t ask.
It never ends over there.
