One for the Good Guys

I commented on this case a few weeks ago. A driver sued Walmart because he ran into a post in their parking lot. He wanted damages. I went off on the judge for not just throwing it out. The verdict is in.

The judge did throw it out. The picture shows the post, the one with the stop sign. I guess I could see how the black car across from the sign could back into the post, but to drive into it would take a lot of technique.

Kudos to Judge Sawako Gardner for keeping her little corner of New England safe for democracy and fair play. I did a bit of research on her honor and I suggest you don’t want to be in front of her if you even have a hint of guilt. Firm but fair…
