Nothing new here, I just like the slogan. It was in the Dallas Morning News — read it here.
They are discussing the institution of new Pay and Display machines in the city lots and the fact that you can use "paper or plastic". Its a great term with which everyone is familiar — at least if you have ever shopped in a supermarket.
Sometimes its good to steal, particularly good phrases like this one.
