The City of Malibu has OKed an ordinance which would prevent non residents from parking in a neighborhood near Pepperdine University from 2AM to 5:30 AM. This was seemingly to prevent students from parking there overnight.
Yep, it will prevent students from parking overnight. However, it will not prevent anyone from parking there during the day.
