It costs a lot to maintain the garages in Rochester, NY. And it’s more than they are returning. One solution was to close a garage that was about 12% used, another was to simply lower the parking rate and generate some revenue. Hey John, we had been losing about $3M per year, over the past several years, when we outsourced our parking. This year we have brought it back in house, started an agressive booting program, and put 100 paystations on street. We hope to make that negative a postive within the first 12 months.
