Check this out –– its the new self parking car — by BMW. It allows you to park a car in YOUR garage without driving it in. To work, you have to have a gizmo at the head of the space and then the Beemer will park itself. HUH
Its probably a big deal in garages that are narrow. With this you could get two cars in a garage that would normally only hold one and a half since you don’t have to open and close doors. But in a parking garage or surface lot, or on street. This will be useless.
