So who really won this one…

Did you ever wonder who the real winner was in disputes between the city and local residents.  In Salt Lake City the Morman Church wanted to build a library in a historic section of town that already had a severe parking problem. Local residents filed suit to stop the buidling since they felt it didn’t follow the master plan and also would exacerbate an already severe parking problem. 

The City and the Church (In Utah thats probably one and the same) and the citizens sat down and brokered a settlement out of court.  How did it turn out? Read the last line in this article.  It tells the entire story.
