People have been asking where I have been, not having blogged for six days. Well having spent 10 days on the road and away from the office, I found that I had a day job. Putting out a magazine. I had done nothing to get PT editorial moving and that pressman in Kentucky was going to push a button and start printing. He had a schedule, and I had to provide something to put on the paper. Well, I did. I think you will find the survey we did about revenue control interesting, as well as articles concerning the new ordinance in SF, a few notes about loop detectors (yes loop detectors), some comments on leadership, and our standard "stuff" about parking in Europe, our mystery story "Death by Parking," and a new semi-monthly feature on parking and the law.
