Standard Parking has announced that it has a letter of intent to purchase System parking of Chicago. System run 124 locations in Illinois and Wisconsin, plus has partnership holdings in Kentucky and Louisiana. This deal covers the Illinois and Wisconsin portions of Standard.
As of this time, no price was announced.
As you may know, System is a privately held company, with Tom Phillips Sr, and his three sons providing the management staff.
