The City of Washington PA is selling a parking garage. Read about it here. What’s even slightly interesting is that the city is selling it because the place is losing money and because it needs $2 million in repairs. The City will accept a minimum of $400K. They have had no interest since the sale was announced.
Lets see, $2.4 million to take over a garage that is losing money now. Makes perfect sense to me.
