A friend and former Central VP tells me that "everyone" is talking about Central and its putting itself on the market. Response here on Parking Blog has been candid. Check out the comments here.
These parking pros may have a point. Central used its hiring and training program to bring on good talent, and then they moved to other senior positions in the industry. Former senior VPs from Central can be found at Republic, Standard, Denison, Impark, Park 1, to name just a few. Plus many Central managers have moved on to Universities, cities, and parking authorities.
When so much senior talent leaves in a relatively short period, it has to be a great strain on any organization.
