I would like to welcome Paul Martinez Smith to the blog. I have been looking for someone to take some of the blogging pressure, and Paul fills the bill. What he knows about parking he learned from driving his car. But he has a great background in blogging, and a curious and bit jaded mind. He sees things clearly without rancor.
