I have thought for some time that this blog was a bit one sided and have reached out to a number of so called parking experts to join me in my relentless slog for a more professional parking industry.
Michael Klein, head of the Albany Parking Authority, who holds opinions as strongly as I do, has agreed to post a periodic note or two here in the parking blogosphere. Mike and I got into a discussion over a couple of beers at the Parking List Server meeting held at the IPI this year. I can’t remember what it was about. Can you Mike?
