I’m off tomorrow to sin city. The largest city in Nevada is hosting the World of Concrete and I like to go for a day and just be overwhelmed by the huge equipment and the experts who run them. If you think folks build world class parking garages with a cement mixer and a trowel, think again. This event takes up all five halls of the LV Convention Center and hosts 50,000 people. Its an “E” ticket and worth the experience.
I also will be meeting with local parking managers and hope to tour the new parking guidance system to help gamblers find their cars at the Cosmopolitan. All in all it should be a worthy 36 hours. I’ll report back from the scene.
